What Do we do❓
We are here to share our methods of our success. We fully believe that to create amazing plants for medicine and food, The key principal is to build integrity in SOIL and most importantly, PEOPLE!
If you observe fruits, vegetables and herbs that grow in the wild, you will see that in their natural environment they don’t need to be watered or weeded by us.
We use a BROAD FORK instead of a tiller. We alleviate soil compaction, while preserving beneficial bacteria, fungi and worms!
We also use wood chips and decomposing mulch to block out weeds and retain moisture. This makes day to day operations much easier. These methods work wonders in a commercial grow or a personal grow operation at home.
The goal is to teach a man to fish. Check out our YouTube videos for information related to gardening methods

We plan on improving the quality of life by bringing nourishment closer to the vine. That’s what integrity is to us. Let’s be honest. The food mega system does not provide much fresh food close to harvest. It’s harvested before ripe and sits on the shelf and 18-wheelers far too long.
You end up receiving more nutrient density the closer that you get food from the vine.
We produce organic vegetable boxes that are affordable, seasonal, and as fresh and local as possible. Check out our veggie shop page to see what’s in stock.
We have different sizes of boxes available for various appetites, from individuals to families.
We are flexible with the items in your boxes. You can change items in your order for something you would like.
Integrity Broad Fork
Integrity Broad-Fork provides aeration to alleviate compaction in the soil. This is a no till garden tool. It allows beneficial networks to stay intact, like mycelium networks, bacteria networks and also doesn’t kill all of your worms. These tools make our worms happy
We recommend these water filters that attach to water hoses if you choose to rely on city tap water. The chloramine and chlorine among other chemicals can be extremely counter productive.
These chemicals found in the metropolitan city water can kill beneficial fungi and bacteria that help the plant grow. These carbon filters provide that solution.
Below are some photos of our harvest at the garden. We didn’t have to use any spray or chemicals. Our success is heavily relied on companion growing, broad forks, high quality compost and mulch, and most importantly NATURE
